We fill capsules for supplement brands across Europe. You bring the formula, we produce it, pack it and label it, and it ships from our facility in southern Spain – inside the EU, no customs, no import duty.
What we run
Our main line is an automatic encapsulation machine rated at 30,000 capsules per hour. We work in HPMC vegetable capsules, which suit vegan and vegetarian claims without a separate certification route.
Everything runs in a purpose-built 500 m2 facility that opened in 2026, with humidity-controlled production rooms held at 32-35% RH – the range that keeps hygroscopic powders flowing and capsules sealing properly.
What we need from you
A finished formula with dosages per capsule. We do not develop formulas from scratch, but we will tell you what will and will not run cleanly on our line – flow behaviour, fill weight, capsule size, whether an excipient is doing anything useful. That conversation is free and it usually saves a batch.
Packaging
We pack into PET jars (white or black, included in our pricing), sachets and doypacks. Induction seals and desiccants where the product needs them. Labels are applied in house on a roll applicator – send us the artwork on 76 mm cores, outside-right-front wind, at least 2 mm spacing, around 1,000 labels per roll.
Minimum order and lead time
Capsule production starts at 50,000 capsules. Realistic lead time is 6 to 9 weeks from approved artwork and raw materials in stock. We would rather quote you nine weeks and deliver in seven than promise four and miss.
If 50,000 capsules is more than you want to commit to on a first run, read capsules or powder for your first supplement product before you decide.
What we do not do
- Tablets, liquids or sprays – capsules and powders only
- Formula development from scratch
- Label or graphic design
- Regulatory filing or country notification on your behalf
We are a manufacturer. If you need any of the above, bring your own partner and we will work alongside them.
