Powders are the fastest way to launch a supplement without capsule tooling or a five-figure first order. We fill powders into jars, sachets and doypacks from 1,000 units.
Formats we fill
Jars. PET, white or black, with induction seal and desiccant where the formula needs one. Scoop included if you supply it.
Sachets. Single-serve, sealed, filled to your target weight.
Doypacks. Stand-up pouches with zip, for 30 to 90 serving products.
Stick packs. Filled through a partner line rather than in house. We handle the blend, the quality release and the packing; the stick filling itself is subcontracted. Tell us early if this is your format so we can plan the extra step into the schedule.
Humidity is the whole job
Powder filling lives or dies on moisture. Our production rooms run at 32-35% RH with dehumidification, because most botanical and mineral powders start caking above that. If your blend is hygroscopic – magnesium, certain botanical extracts, anything with a high vitamin C load – tell us before we quote, and we will plan the fill and the desiccant around it.
What we need from you
A finished formula with the weight per serving and the number of servings. We do not create formulas, but we will flag anything that will bridge, cake or separate in a jar before you commit to a batch.
Minimum order and lead time
Powder products start at 1,000 units. Lead time is 6 to 9 weeks once artwork is approved and raw materials are in stock.
That 1,000 unit entry point is why most first-time brands start in powder rather than capsules. Capsules or powder for your first supplement product sets the two side by side.
