Most of the brands we produce for sell online – their own store, Amazon, or both. The problems are always the same three: compliance documents, stock arriving late, and a factory that goes quiet after the first order.
EU production, no import step
Your stock is made in Spain and ships inside the single market. No customs clearance, no import duty, no goods sitting at a port while a marketplace counts your days out of stock.
For a brand shipping into an EU fulfilment centre, that usually removes one to three weeks compared with sourcing from Asia, and it removes the origin questions entirely.
Documents marketplaces actually ask for
Every batch leaves with a batch number traceable to raw material lots, certificates of analysis, a finished product specification, and production records. When a marketplace suspends a listing and asks for proof of manufacture, you send that file the same day.
Labels applied here
We apply your labels in house on a roll applicator, so your stock arrives finished and ready to send to a fulfilment centre. Send artwork on 76 mm cores, outside-right-front wind, at least 2 mm spacing, around 1,000 labels per roll. We do not design labels – bring your own designer or printer.
What we make
Capsules in HPMC vegetable shells, and powders in jars, sachets or doypacks. No tablets, no liquids, no sprays.
Planning around your reorder cycle
Lead time is 6 to 9 weeks. For a brand on Amazon that means placing a reorder when you are roughly three months of cover deep, not three weeks. Tell us your run rate and we will work backwards with you rather than waiting for the panic order.
