Our minimums
- Capsules (HPMC vegetable): 50,000 capsules
- Powder in jars: 1,000 units
- Powder in sachets or doypacks: 1,000 units
If you are below these numbers, we are not the right factory for you yet – and we will tell you that rather than waste a month of your time.
What drives the price
Not sure which format to start with? Capsules or powder for your first supplement product explains how that 50,000 versus 1,000 gap usually decides it.
Raw materials. Usually 60 to 80% of the unit cost. A standardised botanical extract can cost ten times the unstandardised version of the same plant.
Capsule count per jar. Sixty capsules per jar versus ninety changes your unit economics more than any other single decision. Ask us to price both.
Batch size. Setup, cleaning and quality release cost roughly the same for 50,000 capsules as for 300,000. Larger batches spread that.
Packaging. PET jars in white or black are included in our pricing. Glass, custom colours, custom moulds and premium closures are not.

Without dosages we cannot quote. That is the single most common reason an enquiry sits unanswered.

6 to 9 weeks from approved artwork and raw materials in stock.
